Hydro Naturals

Hydro Naturals employ the Hydro Natural process — a method that combines elements of both washed and natural processing. The cherry undergoes partial depulping before being dried with the mucilage layer still intact, imparting fruited sweetness and body while retaining more clarity than a conventional natural.

The result sits between process categories: the structured cleanliness of washed processing, with the fruit-driven weight of a natural. A considered middle ground for brewers who find full naturals overwhelming but want more than a washed coffee offers.
