These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites
candourcoffee.com and shop.candourcoffee.com (collectively, the "Site"), operated by
Aanant Vruddhi LLP. By using our Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you
agree to be legally bound by these comprehensive Terms.

● Who We Are: This Site is owned and operated by Aanant Vruddhi LLP, located
in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). The "Candour
Coffee" brand, including its name, logos, and packaging, is our exclusive
intellectual property.
● Legal Framework: This document is drafted for commercial clarity under key
Indian laws. It does not constitute formal legal advice. We may update these
Terms, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any
changes.

1. Definitions
● "Customer," "you," or "user" refers to any natural or legal person using the
Site.
● "Products" includes all coffee, accessories, and other merchandise offered by
us.
● "Business Days" are all days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public
holidays in Mumbai, India.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our associated
policies. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Site immediately.

3. Eligibility
To use our Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and legally competent to enter
into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Account Registration & Security
To place an order, all customers must register and create an account. You agree to
provide information that is accurate and current. You are solely responsible for
safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You
must notify us immediately at support@candourcoffee.com of any suspected security
breach.

5. Product Information & Modifications
● Coffee is a natural, agricultural product. Its flavour, aroma, and appearance can
vary. Images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only, and final packaging
may differ. These natural variations are not considered defects.
● We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify product descriptions or
prices, limit the quantities of any Products, and discontinue any Product at any
time without notice.

6. Ordering & Acceptance
● Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated
acknowledgement does not signify our final acceptance. Our acceptance is
confirmed only when we issue a final tax invoice or a dispatch notification.
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but
not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
● Due to the perishable and custom-prepared nature of our coffee, an order
cannot be cancelled once it has entered the roasting or grinding process.

7. Grinding Preferences
We grind coffee based on the brewing method you select. You are responsible for
choosing the correct grind size. Dissatisfaction with your selection is not a valid reason
for a replacement or refund.

8. Pricing & Payments
All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping, which are added at checkout. Payments
are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your raw card
details.

9. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity, introduce
malware, commercially resell our Products without authorization, or otherwise impair
the functioning of the Site. Violating these terms may lead to account suspension and
legal action.

10. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions
By submitting content ("Comments"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual
license to use, reproduce, and publish it for any business purpose. You are solely
responsible for your Comments and agree they will not violate any third-party rights or
contain unlawful material.

11. Intellectual Property
All content and branding on the Site are the exclusive property of Aanant Vruddhi LLP
and are protected by law.

12. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the
amount you paid for the Product in question. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless Aanant Vruddhi LLP from any claims or losses arising from your breach of
these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

● Privacy Policy: We collect personal data like your name, contact details, and
order history to process orders, improve our service, and for legal compliance.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with essential partners like payment
gateways and courier companies. You have the right to withdraw marketing

● Shipping Policy: We ship across India within 1-4 Business Days of order
confirmation. Delivery times vary by location. You are responsible for providing
an accurate address. Non-delivery due to your error will not be refunded. For full

● Returns & Refunds: As coffee is perishable, we do not accept general returns.
We offer replacements only for products that are damaged in transit, incorrect,
or have a verified quality issue. To make a claim, you must email us within 48
hours of delivery with a mandatory, unedited unboxing video. For full details,

15. Notices
General communication should be directed to support@candourcoffee.com. Any legal
notice to the Company must be made in writing and delivered in person to our
registered address, where it must be formally received and acknowledged by an
authorized representative to be deemed effective.

16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will
remain in effect. Any ambiguity in these Terms shall not be construed against the
Company or be used to create any legal claim.
