Candour Coffee: Shipping Policy

This policy outlines our shipping and delivery process for all orders within India.
1. Service Area
We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India via our trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically roasted, packed, and dispatched within 1-4 Business Days of payment
confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM IST or on non-business days will be processed on
the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timelines are:
● Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days.
● Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–8 Business Days.
● Please note these are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen
circumstances are outside our direct control.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be specified on the Site.
For orders below this threshold, a standard delivery fee will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details (AWB number and
courier link) via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.
6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
● You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and
contact number.
● In the event that a non-delivery occurs because of a mistake made by you (e.g.,
wrong address or phone number), the order will not be eligible for a refund. If the
package is returned to us, any subsequent re-shipping will require you to pay
additional shipping charges.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
● If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must follow the claim procedure
detailed in our Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy within 48 hours of delivery.
● The risk of loss or theft transfers to you once the shipment is marked as "Delivered"
by our courier partner. We are not liable for any issues that occur after a successful
delivery confirmation.
